Meet the Shredders from – Shredding Flannel–
The Minneapolis-based band that’s resurrecting the ’90s with a grunge-fueled vengeance. Leading the charge is Shane “The Main,” a guitar-slinging vocalist who claims to be “as sweet as sugar,” though his riffs suggest more of a black coffee vibe. Sharing the vocal spotlight is Jessikinz, whose powerhouse pipes can belt out a chorus with the ferocity of a mosh pit at a Nirvana concert. On bass, we’ve got Adam “Da Bass,” a groove maestro known for his “Crunchy Chopps” that keep the rhythm tighter than your old flannel shirt after a hot wash.
But wait, there’s more! Alain, affectionately dubbed “Rivers McCantrell,” shreds the guitar with such intensity that even Stone Gossard would raise an eyebrow. Behind the drum kit sits Buzz Crowhurst, a man of few words but many beats, keeping time with the precision of a Swiss watch and the power of a Soundgarden anthem. And let’s not forget Logan, the sound engineer who makes the whole band sound amazing and does it all with a smile, ensuring that every note hits your ears like the first time you heard “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” Together, they’re bringing back the ’90s one power chord at a time, making you want to dust off your Doc Martens and dive into the nearest mosh pit.
