He hails from a village in the hinterlands where he lived happily with family, friends, and a pet mouse named Algernon. He now brings that humble approach to live musical performance. As a drummer, singer, bass and guitar player, he has shared the stage with many great musicians in both cover and original material over the years. His vocal and guitar stylings were once described as “smoother than Billy Corgan’s head.”
His most recent brush with fame was an elevator ride with Lisa Bonet’s first ex-husband (hand shakes happened!!!). He has 2-degrees of separation from Christina Aguilera and is reported to be a personal friend of Dave Grohl’s landscaper’s barber (this is yet to be substantiated). His life’s credo is, as Cyndi Lauper sang, “Shane just wants to have fun!”
