I’m using Twilio with a toll free number to send SMS notifications to my band members for confirming things like gigs and rehearsals. All band members are independent contractors, not consumers.

Here’s a sample of a gig invite:

Alain- you are being invited to a rehearsal for one of your upcoming gigs!

Here are the details:

  1. Venue: Shaw’s
  2. City/Area: NE Mpls
  3. Date/Time: Saturday 1/31/26 – 8:00PM – 12:00AM
  4. Your instrument: Rhm Gtr/M Vox
  5. List of players: Kevin, Scott, Alain, Laura

These are the proposed rehearsal dates for the gig- please let me knmow ASAP if they will work by completing the form below:
